That coverage must be light an pale, one or two tones lighter than the natural color of your lips. Then apply the hot pink lip balm only at the center of the lips. Plump and fluffy lips. This effect is the most preferred one. The lips will appear bigger and plumper. Use again the concealer or the foundation. Outline the lips by using a small lipstick brush. Create the shape that you want. Then cover it with the tinted lip balm. Enjoy the result!

Lip-Contouring Trick

Step 1: Line the Lips

Apply Lip Line Perfectly around the boundary of the lips. It will prevent the lipstick from feathering.

So, you may apply some Lip Balm or Cream, few minutes before starting, to moisturize your lips. Then take off the excess with a tissue and apply the liner.

Step 2: Create a Base

With a perfectly sharpened lip pencil, line the center and center of the bottom lip to establish symmetry. Then Perfectly apply base around the boundary of the lips and inner of the lips.

Step 3: Blend the Color

Blend the color on outline the center of the lower lip.Apply color to the center of the upper lip, following the lip pencil. Apply color to the center of the lower lip.

Step 4: Highlighter

Apply the highlighter on Lip Contour with a lip brush from the edge of the lips towards the center.

Step 5: Moisturize Or Shine
